Eco Skyscrapers In Dubai !

A skyscraper of 125 floors and 700 meters height will be built in Dubai, with LEED certification of the American Council for Green Buildings. Anara tower will have sky gardens after every 27 floors, and will include offices, shops, a luxury hotel and 300 residential apartments.

The new New construction is aimed to astound even more than the existing towers: Burj Dubai and Burj Al Arab and to be more green than these.

Anar Tower will conform to LEED certification requirements of at least silver rating. This certificate attests that the new skyscraper maximize water and energy efficiency and includes forms of renewable energy to replace the requirement of energy.

The tower construction will start at the end of next year.
